You are now able to access your monthly statement online. E-Statements are identical to the paper statements you receive in the mail from NCU, including cheque images.  They offer the convenience of secure 24 hour access and are available sooner than by mail.  There is also the added benefit of paperless storage; E-Statements are archived for 7 years from when they were issued.

E-Statements are automatically available when you access Internet Banking, there is no need to register or sign up. Simply log-in to Internet Banking and click on the E-Statement button on the left hand side.

Want to help the environment and cut down on the amount of paper around your home?  If you make regular use of E-Statements, you may want to eliminate the mailing of paper statements to you.  To opt out of receiving paper statements, please download the Discontinue Paper Statements Agreement.  Then complete it and drop it off at either branch OR you can mail it to us or fax it to: 204-388-9970.  

Please Note:

• You are still required to review and verify transactions posted to your account by viewing your E-Statement.  All errors or inconsistencies must be reported within 30 days of the date your E-Statement was created.
• Business & Organization accounts are not currently able to discontinue paper statements.
